1. Payment & Booking:
A 50% deposit is required to begin customisation and design work. The remaining balance is due before delivery or dispatch.
2. Design Process:
Our designs involve creative interpretation and a human touch. While we take great care, minor imperfections may occur. Design is a collaborative process. You're responsible for providing timely feedback. Each package comes with a set number of revisions. Extra changes may incur charges.
3. Pre-Print Approval:
You'll receive a final proof to approve before printing. Once approved, no changes can be made. We cannot refund or reprint due to change of mind or approval errors.
4. Refunds & Cancellations:
If you're unhappy during the revision stage, we may refund up to 50% of the deposit (before printing). No refunds after design approval or once printing starts.
5. Product Variations & Limitations:
Printed colours may differ 10–15% from on-screen. This is standard and not grounds for refund or reprint.
6. Exchanges & Issues:
Custom orders are non-returnable. If catalogue items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days. We'll offer a fair solution (e.g. refund or replacement) case-by-case.
7. Customer-Supplied Designs & Items:
You're responsible for the rights and quality of any designs or physical items you supply. We're not liable for formatting issues, copyright infringements, or damages.
8. Promotion & Privacy:
We may showcase your box or design in our portfolio or social media. We'll never share contact details without permission. You may opt out of being featured.
9. Limitation of Liability:
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including delays or lost parcels. Our maximum liability is the amount paid. We're not responsible for issues outside our control (e.g. customs, disasters).
10. Intellectual Property:
All box designs, product formats, copywriting, illustrations, and layouts are protected under copyright. "One Stop Blind Box"™ is a trademark of One Stop Blind Box (registration pending in Australia). You may not reproduce, replicate, or adapt our materials without written permission.
